目的探讨不同水平硒对氟中毒大鼠血清抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px活力、丙二醛(MDA)及FT3、FT4、TSH含量的影响.方法 96只SD大鼠随机分为4组,3个实验组均饮100mg/L高氟水,其中2组饲加硒饲料,加硒量分别为2、3mg/kg,实验期4个月.结果单纯高氟组与对照组相比大鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活力降低,FT3、FT4含量显著升高,加硒加氟组与单纯高氟组相比SOD、GSH-Px活力显著升高,FT3、FT4含量显著下降,且加硒量较大组上述变化增强,各组MDA、TSH含量无明显区别.结论高氟可抑制机体抗氧化酶活力,使甲状腺功能亢进;硒可拮抗氟的这种作用且在一定程度上随硒量增加拮抗作用增强.
Objective To study the effects of selenium at different levels on the activities of SOD and GSH -Px and contents of MDA, FT3, FT4, TSH in serum of rats with fluorosis. Methods 96 SD rats were randomly seperated to 4 groups. 100mg/L fluorosis was added in drinking water in three treated groups. At the same time there are two tested groups were supplemented selenium in fodder, the amount of selenium was 2mg/kg and 3mg/kg. Results The activities of SOD, GSH-Px decreased significantly and the contents of FT3, FT4 increased significantly in the simply fluoride - treated group compared with control group the activities of SOD, GSH - Px increased siginificant- ly and the contents of FT3, FT4 decreased significantly in two groups of Se supplemented compared with non -Se groups. The variation said in front was obvious in the group with mere selenium. The difference on the content of MDA and TSH was't significant in the four groups. Conclusions Fluoride could decrease the capacity of antioxidantaase and make thyroid functions hyperfunction. Se could antagonize the functions of fluoride. To certain extent, the antagonism was powerful with the increasing amount of selenium.
