摘 要:目的研究碘、硒对氟致大鼠学习记忆行为损伤及血液生化指标变化的影响,探讨碘、硒对氟中毒的拮抗作用. 方法氟中毒大鼠长期饮用不同浓度的碘和硒后,用Y-迷宫观测其学习记忆力,同时测定其血液内的一些生化指标. 结果高氟组、高碘高氟组和低碘高氟组大鼠学习记忆能力显著降低,而高氟同时加入适当浓度的碘或硒组大鼠的学习能力显著提高;上述各组大鼠血液内的一些生化指标也有一些显著性变化.结论适当浓度的碘、硒对大鼠氟中毒有明显的拮抗作用.而且这种拮抗作用可能与血液中的一些生化指标的变化有关.

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of iodine and selenium on fluorine-induced impairment of learning and memory behavior in rats and changes in blood biochemical indicators, and to explore the antagonistic effect of iodine and selenium on fluorosis. Methods: After long-term fluorosis rats drink different concentrations of iodine and selenium, Use Y-maze to observe their learning and memory, and measure some biochemical indicators in their blood. Results The learning and memory ability of rats in the high fluoride group, high iodine and high fluoride group, and low iodine and high fluoride group was significantly reduced, while the high fluoride was added to an appropriate concentration at the same time. The learning ability of rats in the iodine or selenium group was significantly improved; some biochemical indicators in the blood of the rats in the above groups also had some significant changes. Conclusion: Appropriate concentrations of iodine and selenium have a significant antagonistic effect on fluorosis in rats. And this antagonistic effect may be related to changes in some biochemical indicators in the blood.
