Effects of fluoride on deiodinases D1 and D2

Fluoride may influence all three deiodinases, depending on dose, time, and duration of exposure. Here are some graphs from a study by Shashi and Singla (2013), showing dose-dependent inhibition of D1 and D2. (Overall F- in water: 0.76 to 16 mg/L )
