目的了解某县常住居民饮用水中碘、氟、硒的含量,以及小学生尿碘浓度。方法调查县全部8个乡镇均为生活饮用水样品采集地区,每个乡镇随机采集80名8-10岁小学生的尿样,检测水碘、水氟、水硒、尿碘的浓度,分析其相关性。结果该县8个乡镇总的水碘、水氟、水硒中位数分别为30.6μg/L、2.8mg/L、4.7μg/L,水中碘与氟、碘与硒、氟与硒的含量分别有相关性(P〈0.01)。各乡镇水碘、水氟、水硒的公因子中位数与小学生尿碘的中位数未呈现相关关系(P=0.207)。结论该县饮用水碘、氟、硒含量呈正相关,其与儿童尿碘含量无生态学相关效应;该县应重点防治氟中毒,碘缺乏病次之,同时关注高碘和高硒相关疾病,改水降氟时,应避免同时降低碘与硒的含量。
