摘要：
对地方性氟中毒病区(水氟3.52 mg/L)8～12岁儿童的T3、T4、TSH含量及尿氟、尿碘含量进行测定.其结果为:血液中的T4含量显著下降,T3、TSH含量显著升高,T3、T3/T4比值与尿氟含量呈正相关关系,表明地方性氟中毒病区儿童甲状腺功能受到了一定程度的抑制,这种抑制作用可能是病区儿童长期处于高氟环境所引起的.

Summary:
On endemic fluorosis (water fluoride 3.52 mg / L) 8 ~ 12 years old children T3, T4, TSH levels and urinary fluoride, iodine content in urine were measured. The results are: the blood T4 levels were significantly decreased, T3 , TSH levels were significantly elevated, T3, T3/T4 ratio and urinary fluoride levels were positively correlated, suggesting that endemic fluorosis child thyroid function subject to a certain degree of inhibition, this inhibition may be the children's ward at a high long-term environment caused by fluorine.
