摘 要:目的探讨高碘与高氟联合慢性暴露对8~10岁儿童甲状腺功能的影响。方法选取本地出生的8~10岁儿童48例,根据不同地区水碘平均浓度和水氟平均浓度分为高氟组17例、高碘高氟组11例、对照组20例。对所有儿童儿童尿氟、尿碘水平。结果高氟组与高碘高氟组的尿碘、尿氟水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高氟组SOD水平、ROS水平与高碘高氟组、对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高碘与高氟联合慢性暴露会对儿童甲状腺功能造成较大影响,甲状腺水平中除T4外无显著差异,SOD和ROS可作为高氟高碘损害的有效标志物。
