摘 要:目的研究高碘高氟联合对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法断乳1个月的Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,即对照组(自来水)、高碘组(1.685 mg/L KIO3)、高碘高氟Ⅰ组(自来水+5 mg/L Na F+1.685 mg/L KIO3)、高碘高氟Ⅱ组(自来水+10mg/L Na F+1.685 mg/L KIO3)、高碘高氟Ⅲ组(自来水+20 mg/L Na F+1.685 mg/L KIO3),每组30只,雌雄各半,通过自由饮水进行高碘高氟联合染毒,在2、4、8个月时,每组随机抽取10只大鼠(雌雄各5只),进行空间学习记忆能力测试。结果染毒8个月高碘高氟Ⅲ组大鼠的潜伏期及路径高于对照组和单纯高碘组,平台所在象限的时间(路径)与总时间(总路径)的比值较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论高碘高氟联合染毒引起Wistar大鼠的定位航行和空间探索能力明显下降,提示高浓度的氟在高水碘的情况下长期暴露可对智力造成损伤。

Objective To study the effects of high iodine and high fluoride on learning and memory in rats. Methods Wistar rats weaned for one month were randomly divided into five groups, namely control group (tap water), high iodine group (1.685 mg/L KIO_3), high iodine and high fluoride group I (tap water + 5 mg/L Na F + 1.685 mg/L KIO_3), high iodine and high fluoride group II (tap water + 10 mg/L Na F + 1.685 mg/L KIO_3), and high iodine and high fluoride group III (tap water + 20 mg/L Na F + 1.685 mg/L KIO_3). Each group had 30 rats, half of which were male and half were female. They were exposed to high iodine and high fluoride through free drinking water. At 2, 4, and 8 months, 10 rats (5 males and 5 females) were randomly selected from each group for spatial learning and memory test. Results The latency and path of rats in the high iodine and high fluoride group III exposed for 8 months were higher than those in the control group and the simple high iodine group, and the ratio of the time (path) in the quadrant where the platform was located to the total time (total path) was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined exposure to high iodine and high fluoride caused a significant decrease in the positioning navigation and spatial exploration abilities of Wistar rats, suggesting that long-term exposure to high concentrations of fluoride in high water iodine can cause damage to intelligence.
