本文从三个方面论证了“氟铝联合中毒”不能成立。1.“氟铝联合中毒”的诊断标准实质上是软化型氟骨症与血或尿中铝偏高。而诊断标准中给出的铝测定结果比新的文献报道值高出百倍以上。2.“氟铝联合中毒”病区居民铝的摄入量达不到发生铝的危害的程度。3.动物实验的结果表明,在其它条件相同的情况下,铝的摄入量越高,所谓“氟铝联合中毒”的症状越轻。作者认为所谓“氟铝联合中毒”,实质上是重症氟中毒或软化型氟骨症。

Abstract
This article argues against the concept of “fluoride–aluminum combined intoxication” from three perspectives:
The diagnostic criteria for “fluoride–aluminum combined intoxication” are essentially equivalent to soft-type skeletal fluorosis accompanied by elevated blood or urinary aluminum. However, the aluminum values given in the diagnostic standards are more than one hundred times higher than those reported in recent literature.
The aluminum intake of residents in the so-called “fluoride–aluminum combined intoxication” endemic areas is not sufficient to cause aluminum-related harm.
Animal experiments indicate that, under otherwise identical conditions, the higher the aluminum intake, the milder the symptoms of the so-called “fluoride–aluminum combined intoxication.”
The author concludes that the so-called “fluoride–aluminum combined intoxication” is essentially severe fluorosis or soft-type skeletal fluorosis.
