目的探讨山西2个慢性饮水型地方性砷中毒病区水砷、氟、碘的分布特点,为氟砷联合中毒及碘对氟、砷中毒的影响等研究提供流行病学依据.方法分别调查山西省山阴县四里庄村的94口水井及西盐池村的41口水井,测定水砷、氟、碘的浓度,分析浓度分布特点及三者之间的联系.结果 2个村水砷浓度高于0.05mg/L的高砷井分别占39.37%及90.24%;水氟浓度平均值分别为(2.274 3±1.6550)mg/L及(0.540 0±0.1330)mg/L;水碘浓度平均值分别为(949.985 9±649.097 7)μg/L及(855.197 8±214.883 5)μg/L.四里庄村的水砷浓度与水氟、碘浓度呈负相关,水氟浓度与水碘浓度呈明显正相关.西盐池村砷、氟、碘浓度间不具有任何相关性.结论慢性饮水型地方性砷中毒病区水砷、氟、碘浓度分布具有一定的联系.不同地区水文地貌的差异可导致砷、氟、碘分布具有地区性差异.弄清
